ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :

• To liaise with Ground Handling Agent, and airlines and maintain close relationships with them.
• Prepare Air Export documents like MAWB, HAWB, cargo manifest and Bar Code Label
• To be well versed in IATA rules, rates structure and computation, Incoterms and buying rates from carriers.
• To submit FWB & FHL by carrier website.
• Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process.
• To do freight booking which last minute given by customer
• Ensure all job files are created, checked & complete as per customer’s instruction.
