We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Steward Supervisor to lead the stewarding team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen support. You will oversee the daily stewarding operations, ensuring the smooth flow of kitchen utilities, proper use of cleaning chemicals, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Working closely with the culinary and service teams, your role is essential in supporting seamless kitchen operations and a safe, efficient back-of-house environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with some exposure to supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, chemical usage, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to train and guide a team, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
