About Our Client

Our client is one of the fastest-growing specialty coffee brands in Southeast Asia. Their mission is to make high-quality specialty coffee affordable and accessible every day by combining premium ingredients, advanced brewing technology, and innovative business models. With rapid regional expansion, they are scaling their digital product team to improve customer experience across mobile and web platforms.

Role Objective

As a Regional Senior Designer, UI / UX, you will craft intuitive, user-centered experiences for mobile and web applications, directly impacting how thousands of users interact with the brand daily. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, create prototypes, solve UX pain points, and mentor junior designers while maintaining high design standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with branding and user-centered principles.
  • Create seamless user navigation flows and interactions to improve usability.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers in Agile sprints for design alignment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues such as responsiveness and user pain points.
  • Educate and influence stakeholders on UI / UX best practices and design rationale .
  • Support the Regional Lead in maintaining design consistency, documentation, and processes .
  • Mentor peers on UI / UX methodologies, fostering a collaborative design culture.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent .
  • 5+ years of UI / UX design experience (mobile + web products).
  • Strong portfolio with mockups, prototypes, usability testing, and user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD .
  • Experience working with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in Agile teams .
  • Strong understanding of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) .
  • Track record in coaching or mentoring peers / stakeholders in design practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills .
