Position Summary

The Marketing Executive will take responsibility for a program of marketing activities designed to increase market penetration and open up new channels and markets for our extensive portfolio of products. This is a ‘hands‑on’ role with responsibility for driving the marketing function of the business.

Functional Role

• Working with cross‑functional departments to develop / improve and implement engaging marketing collaterals.
• Monitor and analyze competitors, maintaining up to‑date market intelligence, manage and develop end‑to‑end marketing strategies to attract new customers and customer retention.
• Manage customer database and develop and implement regular direct marketing activities.
• Take responsibility and tracking for all marketing collaterals including product brochures and technical literature, product presentations, product training guides, product datasheets etc.
• Responsible for development and maintenance of digital marketing channels to increase website traffic.
• Assist in the execution of daily marketing activities and operations support.
• Organize events such as seminars, trade events, training workshops etc.
• Uploading marketing material and product datasheets to online databases.
• Develop company presentations template and implement version control to ensure only approved information is used by sales and technical teams.
• Work with the Sales to maintain up‑to‑date library of project references. Develop of case studies for sales and marketing purposes.
• Responsible for managing periodic budgets and reporting requirements relevant to Marketing, aligning with Finance and Sales divisions for organization‑wide reporting templates.
• Complete any additional duties as requested by the Head of Marketing or Management.
