Job Description :
We are seeking a reliable and organized General Clerk to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, emails, and mail distribution.
- Maintain proper records and ensure documents are properly organized and archived.
- Assist in preparing reports, forms, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels; make requisitions as needed.
- Provide basic support to other departments when required.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, or appointments.
- Carry out other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to speak and write in Chinese is an added advantage for communication and document handling purposes.Salary Range : RM2000 - RM4000
