Senior Social Media Manager

Overview

You will be the social lead for a global beauty and wellness brand, overseeing the social media presence, content and influencer partnerships across 3 product brands. You’ll work closely with the social team, media team and identified influencer agency partners to ensure alignment to an overall social strategy and effective implementation on a day-to-day basis. In addition, you will be tasked with building the relationship with key clients, establishing our strategic and operational value to the client. Responsibilities

Working with the strategy lead to ensure alignment and implementation of the social-first strategy Manage and lead an internal team of social media specialists Oversee client relationship building Providing smart perspective on overall social and content industry landscape, trends and best practices Driving thought leadership around content development, engagement practices, measurement and process Cultivating strong relationships with 3rd party content providers and websites Presenting to and strategizing with clients on specific brand social initiatives Qualifications

6-8 years of social media marketing experience, influencer management experience will be a bonus A strong understanding of social-first content principles A platform expert, with demonstrated experience in leading Instagram and TikTok channels Superb experience leading creative thinking in the digital space : content, media, social and activation The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners A nose for new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture An ear for consumer insights—you get what makes people tick The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning A strong, up-to-date point of view on digital media, social channels and content platforms and up and coming partners, practices and initiatives Poise and eloquence—when you speak with clients, they listen Additional Information
