Senior Manager / Manager, Credit Analyst

We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Credit Analyst to lead and enhance our credit evaluation and risk management functions for retail auto loans (new cars, used cars, and refinancing). You’ll be responsible for developing credit policies, overseeing underwriting operations, managing portfolio risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards — all while leading a team of skilled credit professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit evaluation policies aligned with business goals and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee credit assessments for individual and corporate clients, including high-value or complex cases.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of credit analysts and underwriters to drive performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to enhance credit systems, automation, and analytics tools.
• Work closely with sales, collections, and operations teams to ensure smooth and compliant loan processes.
