Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-spectrum human resources management in overseas countries, including recruitment, compensation and benefits design, performance management design, employee relations, organizational training and development, ensuring the HR system complies with local laws / regulations and aligns with company strategy.
- Design and manage overseas employee compensation and benefits systems; conduct timely salary research, calculation, and distribution management in line with local market levels and company policies.
- Establish and optimize overseas HR management systems and processes, balancing headquarters standards with local cultural differences to improve HR management efficiency.
- Develop and implement localized HR plans according to overseas business development needs, supporting talent supply and succession planning for business teams.
- Co-lead recruitment for key overseas positions with business stakeholders, expand local recruitment channels, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely onboarding of core talent.
- Establish and implement an effective performance management system; guide departments in setting, tracking, evaluating, and providing feedback on performance goals to improve team performance.
- Manage overseas employee relations, including contract signing, employee communication, labor dispute resolution, and corporate culture integration, fostering a positive work environment.
- Organize and implement training and development activities in each country; develop training plans based on employee needs and business direction to enhance professional skills and overall competence.
- Regularly report overseas HR status to headquarters, including workforce structure, compensation data, and performance results, to support decision-making.
- Monitor changes in local HR-related laws, regulations, and policies in overseas countries, and adjust HR strategies and systems in a timely manner to ensure compliant operations.
Requirements :
Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related majors.Work Experience : At least 5–8 years of experience in human resources, including no less than 3 years in overseas HR management or as a core member of an HR team in a multinational company. Prior experience in a Chinese multinational enterprise is preferred.Language Skills : Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM11, RM12,000.00 per month
