Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying and analyzing market trends.
- Developing strategies to adapt existing services for a diverse marketplace.
- Manage and increase existing business accounts.
- Achieve annual sales and revenue growth targets.
- Generate sales reports, identify new leads and pursue prospects.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Operations Department to resolve shipment related matters.
- Follow up with customers to ensure any outstanding payment is made in accordance with company payment terms.
- Ad-hoc tasks assign by the direct reporting line.
The Ideal Candidate :
A Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplineAt least 5 years’ experience in sales within any industry, typically handling Japanese customers.Exposure in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain industry would be an advantage.Good knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and logistics operations.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Proficient in Japanese and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
