About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings. This role focuses on all aspects of asset operations, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise employees, monitor training, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment.
• Manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved issues.
• Prepare and manage budgets, capital projects, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures.
• Oversee vendor relationships and review procurement quotes.
• Conduct training on maintenance, repairs, and safety.
• Lead by example, influence stakeholders, and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
