What would you be doing :

Present 5 original video scripts and 5 creative content ideas weekly, aligned with campaign goals and brand voice

Assist the creative team with end-to-end video production, from ideation and scripting to subtitling and final edits

Produce high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads

Ensure all creative output aligns with the teams aesthetic directiona strong portfolio match is essential

Leverage tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, while incorporating AI tools creatively to streamline production

Collaborate closely with the creative team and virtual assistants for design or illustration support.

Stay ahead of industry trends and social platform dynamics, ensuring content remains engaging, relevant, and high-performing

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

Proven experience in a similar creative or digital content role, preferably within e-commerce or marketing environments

A strong portfolio that reflects your ability to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned content

Capability to independently ideate, write your own subtitles, and manage video projects with minimal supervision

Familiar with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and basic knowledge working with AI-based creative tools

Strong visual storytelling abilities, with excellent attention to tone, timing and visual flow.

Confident communicator with critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset

Fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude and openness to feedback.
