Responsibilities

  • Attain sales objectives and operating plan targets for the fiscal year.
  • Implement sales strategies for designated accounts as aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize the CRM tool (SFDC) to standardize sales processes across all stages and to follow up on leads generated from integrated marketing activities.
  • Analyze market potential within the assigned territory, monitor sales progress, and provide status reports.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups to synchronize sales efforts.
  • Engage existing and prospective clients by presenting and advocating for medical products / solutions, leveraging strong arguments to secure sales.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Develop and sustain positive, fruitful relationships with business and customer networks.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction. Foster continuous improvement by actively seeking and integrating feedback.

Your Skills And Expertise

  • 8+ years sales experience in medical devices, ideally in dental industry with proven targets achievement and demonstrated salesmanship.
  • Experience working with Channel Partners / Distributors to develop the business via market coverage and market penetration.
  • Collaboration with Scientific Education & Evidence and Clinical Specialist teams to enhance clinical education and conduct relevant educational activities.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and seizing market opportunities.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adept at working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
