Job Responsibilities :

  • Acquire agents, agencies, training & recruitments.
  • Provide assistance and support to agent & agencies.
  • Organize sales and recruitment events and marketing activities.
  • Drive agent & agencies performance.
  • Report compilation of agent & agencies and monitoring sales.
  • Provide training for agent & agencies and regular visitation to build good business relationships.
  • Handling and meeting sales enquiries.
  • Able to plan & provide training to agents & agencies.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive documents to administrator / s for login sales.
  • Actively acquire new agents through outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
  • Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
  • Job Requirement :

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Prior experience in sales or related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work in Perak.
  • Training will be provided for selected candidates.
  • Housing allowance provided for eligible candidates to support daily or relocation costs.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Good communicator and pleasant looking.
  • Punctual and well discipline in conduct.
  • Team player with good attitude in covering peers to ensure company's good image is maintained at all times.
  • Responsible and full of integrity dealing with customers, peers and superior.
  • Multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Organized in handling document and paperwork.
