Responsibilities
LEAD full-cycle, multicultural recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate and technical roles across multiple functionsBUILD strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needsDELIVER a top-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage of the hiring processPROVIDE data-driven practices that empower hiring teams to make smarter, faster decisionsSTAY informed on industry trends and best practices to keep talent acquisition strategies competitiveACT as a strategic consultant to business leaders, aligning workforce plans with business goalsUTILIZE data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvementCHAMPION employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talentWork on tasks that may be assigned from time to timeThe right fit for this role is DETERMINED and AMBITIOUS with :
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLSEXPERIENCE handling both corporate and technical roles across diverse functionsEXPERTISE with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media sourcingSTRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levelsPROVEN ABILITY in employer branding and sourcing passive candidates effectivelyFAMILIARITY with or eagerness to learn AI recruitment tools to enhance efficiencyABILITY to manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics for process improvementWORK ETHIC that leaves others in their dustStrong PEOPLE LEADERSHIP SKILLS and a passion for getting the most out of people.Relentless desire to BECOME YOUR VERY BEST , and can prove it!GROWTH MINDSET and willingness to adapt and take initiative when faced with new challengesBONUS :
