Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Azure cloud infrastructure for OT and IT services
- Plan, evaluate, migrate, develop, implement, configure, test, and update OT and IT infrastructure systems
- Transition new systems into productive operation
- Coordinate with external service providers as needed
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability
- Handle incident and change management
- Document ICT infrastructure and processes
- Participate in a 24×7 on-call service rotation
- Implement new ICT services where required
- Report on ICT service performance
- Conduct capacity planning for ICT resources
- Apply ITIL-based processes in the network and infrastructure environment
- Develop and deliver customer-oriented services
- Organize training sessions and workshops on ICT infrastructure topics
- Support the implementation of the company’s IT security policies within the team’s scope
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on ICT-related topics
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience in system administration of complex, multinational ICT infrastructuresMicrosoft certification : Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or higherProven hands-on experience with :Implementation and operations of Azure services
