On behalf of Huawei Technologies, an ICT company, we are seeking an Account Manager for the telecommunications industry.
This is an experienced salesperson who works with customers and account executives to develop strategies that deliver business results, based on a deep understanding of industry customer needs, trends, and available offerings.
Job Descriptions
- Develops key and organisational relationships with decision makers, develops and implements customer relationship plans, and supports favourable decisions that are conducive to market presence improvement and market share expansion.
- Engage internal stakeholders such as product, engineering, service delivery, and assurance when and where required to ensure the proposed solution is supported throughout from order to delivery.
- Take the lead in project transaction and operation activities under complex scenarios, such as project negotiation, transaction model design, dispute resolution, and risk management.
- Take the lead in or participate in project negotiation, guide the improvement of contract clauses, resolve disputes, and other project transaction and operation activities.
- Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Solution Teams to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the product roadmap.
- Gain insight into customers' strategies, find strategic fit points, develop and implement strategic plans, and achieve strategic cooperation.
Job Requirements
Required degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) / IT / Information Systems or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the telecommunication industry with a proven track record, and successful experience in project operation is preferred.
