Overview We are seeking a strategic
Sales Business Analyst
to join our team at Denave Malaysia. This individual will play a critical role in analysing
sales performance data and driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness using CRM and BI tools
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather and interpret business requirements
Support the planning and execution of sales enablement programs across APAC.
Evaluate sales processes and recommend automation or improvements for better output and alignment.
Work closely with data teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic sales planning.
Monitor performance against targets and assist with quarterly business reviews.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Sales Operations Analyst role, preferably in a B2B sales process environment.
Ability to translate
complex data into simple insights and business actions
MBA or Graduate in any discipline is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate with stakeholder
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Experience working with regional APAC markets is a plus.
