Assistant Supervisor - Texturization Plant

Assistant Supervisor - Texturization Plant responsible for ensuring the right quantity and markings of packing materials, texturization of products, and compliance with HACCP requirements.

The key responsibilities include :

• Arranging and ensuring the right quantity and markings of packing materials
• Ensuring packed products are texturized perfectly in hygienic conditions
• Checking and stamping correct lot numbers on cartons
• Monitoring packed products' weight hourly
• Ensuring packers wear proper attire and comply with HACCP requirements
• Minimizing waste
• Monitoring and controlling daily process control parameters for packing lines
• Ensuring the texture of oil according to specifications
• Filling and completing related worksheets and logbooks
• Ensuring operations follow SOP
• Ensuring packaging materials are in good condition
• Attending to troubleshooting and abnormalities in production lines
• Ensuring machine settings are accurate and in good condition
• Ensuring CCP such as metal detectors and polishing filters are in good condition
• Working closely with GNA Plant Operator on quality issues
• Ensuring cleanliness and housekeeping in the clean room area
• Ensuring work is of acceptable engineering quality and complies with ISO9001, HACCP, FSCC, and OSHAS
