Job Description

SPX Express is seeking an Operational Excellence specialist for their First Mile delivery operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The role involves identifying key operational gaps and improvement opportunities, designing and project managing initiatives, analyzing data, and developing dashboards and tools.

Responsibilities

Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Express' First Mile delivery operations
Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across all First Mile Hubs in Malaysia
Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement
Develop dashboards and tools as required
Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)

Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes

Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia
