What you will be accountable for
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for digital and AI solutions, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Translate business needs and market trends into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled products with strong customer impact.
- Define and monitor product success metrics (adoption, customer satisfaction, ROI).
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to shape product development.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., SLT, IT, Operations, Marketing) to ensure alignment and smooth product rollout.
- Champion a customer-centric and data-driven culture within the product team.
What you require for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 6–8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in digital or AI / ML product development.Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, GenAI) or digital platforms.Proven track record of delivering successful digital / AI products in a fast-paced environment.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience in agile methodologies, product discovery, and user experience design.Core competencies : strategic thinking and innovation; strong execution and delivery mindset; customer-focused decision-making; cross-functional collaboration and leadership; business acumen with digital / AI domain expertise.What’s next?
