Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Training

  • Oversee and guide technicians / operators in carrying out maintenance activities.
  • Ensure maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems is conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with HSE regulations.

Operations & Troubleshooting

  • Verify and inspect completed maintenance work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Respond promptly to operational emergencies and perform troubleshooting to minimize equipment or system downtime.

    • Technical Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide technical support for facility-related projects, upgrades, and audits.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of facility operations and maintenance practices.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in facility maintenance or a related technical field.
