Do you love challenges?

• The SAP Senior Consultant is expected to have a strong understanding of the primary responsibility for providing expertise in the related SAP modules to effectively implement fit to standard and clean core SAP solutions to support the clients’ business in an ERP cloud environment.
• Have strong understanding of SAP Activate process, familiar with scope items, exposure to end to end project implementation in S/4 Hana private or public cloud project
• Deliver right fit solution and act as primary resource accountable for the respective SAP module to meet clients’ business requirements.
• Carry out all activities throughout the phases of the project, from Business Blueprint workshop or fit to standard workshop (including detailed design), Realisation (including Configuration, Data Migration, Testing & Training), to Final Preparation & Cutover/Go Live support, and Transition to Support: Run and facilitate workshops to carry out Business Analysis and detailed design of Business Solutions Define business goals, scope of work and scope of change initiatives; outline and translate specification of business requirements including functional specification documents; and provide solutions to a level that enables effective delivery of agreed scope of work or changes Configure the system to meet design and business requirements Perform unit testing on all processes (embracing planning, design, management, execution and test scripts) and provides support and issue resolution for System Integration and User Acceptance testing using appropriate techniques that conform to agreed project standards Prepare data migration template, assist with data migration including preparation, guidance to customers, writing upload programs, loading data and facilitate verification and data migration signoff Facilitate logical integration testing with other related SAP modules and interfaces in order to verify end-to-end business process Develop (embracing planning, design & documentation) and execute training as required Carry out applicable Change Management Processes as pre-defined by project management Prepare and conduct project handover to Support Consultant
• Apply and utilise Industry and Business Best Practice knowledge and tools
• Adhere to corporate standard, security guidelines and sustainability, and deliver within time constraints
• Identify sales opportunities at existing customers and communicate internally to management team. Support presales effort as needed in response to proposals, and conduct demonstrations and presentations
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues

The successful applicant will display the following:

• Prerequisites include: 5-7 years of SAP project implementation experience in cloud environment At least two end-to-end SAP project experience Understanding of country-specific legal and regulatory requirements such as VAT, GST, SST, e-invoice (where applicable) Ability to closely collaborate with Developers, writing Functional Specs and testing Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Workflows Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for the stream deliverables, including integration points with other modules and teams
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills: Excellent client relationship skills, strong customer service orientation with a convincing and creative personality Good skills in managing stakeholder expectations Solid skills in managing and collaborating with a team of professionals including customers, provide leadership and mentoring
• Solid time, task and people management skills: Well organised with strong management skills, and an ability to establish and work to priorities A highly positive, motivated, proactive and responsible self-starter able to work in a team as well as independently
• Exceptional business communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication High quality documentation delivery (including functional specifications)
• Adaptable to the consulting lifestyle, sometimes working long hours or weekend works with flexibility to travel which may be extensive depending on project requirements
