Job description ;
- To develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that clearly articulates the company's leadership in concrete flooring solutions, emphasizing technical expertise, quality craftsmanship, and innovative approaches through all customer touchpoints from initial contact to project completion.
- To maintain rigorous brand consistency across digital platforms (website, social media), print materials (brochures, case studies), and jobsite branding (equipment signage, worker uniforms), ensuring all visual elements and messaging align with the company's core values and value proposition.
- To cultivate the company's industry reputation by strategically showcasing completed projects through before / after visuals, client video testimonials, and award submissions, while developing a library of case studies that demonstrate specialized capabilities in decorative, polished, and industrial concrete flooring.
- To conduct targeted market research analyzing trends in commercial / residential construction, emerging concrete technologies (like self-healing concrete), and competitor service offerings to identify untapped niches and opportunities for differentiation in the flooring sector.
- To implement audience-specific marketing campaigns tailored to architects (emphasizing design flexibility), contractors (focusing on durability), and developers (highlighting cost efficiency), utilizing industry-specific channels like construction forums, trade shows, and professional associations.
- To lead competitive intelligence initiatives by monitoring rival firms' marketing tactics, pricing strategies, and service expansions, then developing counter-strategies that emphasize the company's unique advantages in customized flooring solutions and technical support.
- To deploy integrated marketing approaches combining digital strategies (SEO-optimized project showcases, LinkedIn thought leadership) with traditional outreach (targeted mailers to construction firms, collaborative events with material suppliers) to generate qualified leads.
- To support business development efforts by co-creating compelling pitch materials that visually demonstrate flooring capabilities through 3D renderings, time-lapse installation videos, and data-driven performance guarantees for different concrete applications.
- To nurture client relationships through lifecycle marketing - from educational content for prospects to loyalty programs for repeat clients - while segmenting communications based on client type (commercial vs. residential) and project scale.
- To drive innovative content marketing by producing technical guides on flooring maintenance, behind-the-scenes project documentaries, and trend reports on sustainable concrete solutions, distributed through optimized social media schedules and industry partnership channels.
- To implement organizational systems, developing office policies, procedures, and performing special assignments to support company objectives as directed by Top Management.
Requirement ;
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, advertising, communications, or a similar field is usually a fundamental requirement.Minimum of 2 years of working experience.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for engaging with clients, colleagues, and partners.Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and web analytics tools is a core requirement.A creative mindset is important for developing innovative marketing strategies and content.A solid understanding of business principles, commercial trends, and strategic thinking is vital.Job Type : Full-time
