Job Description

• Assisting with coordination of logistics operations, including transportation, order fulfillment and customer service.
• Tracking shipments, coordinating with team for smooth delivery.
• Reporting to the Manager and coordinating receiving and sending of goods / shipments.
• Receiving shipments, completing relevant documentation, and dispatching goods.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Good communication in written and spoken English.
• Ensure completion of all jobs within stipulated time frame.
• Should possess at least a Diploma / Degree.
