A fast-growing MNC manufacturer specialized in process instrumentations based in Shah Alam. This role requires to lead the set up of new production line.
Job Responsibilities : -
- Managing production planning and scheduling
- Ensure on-time and accurate production and deliveries
- Implement work practices for sustainable production efficiency
- Ensuring high level of quality control
- Manage labour and material resources to meet production targets
- Maintain accurate records on inventory of raw materials and finished goods
- Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
- Ensure continuous human resource development of direct reports
- Determine and improvement to the production process
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments
- Prepare and maintain production records and reports for management
Requirements : -
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.At least 10 year(s) of hands on production experience with strong production culture and skills in managing operators and production teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with China counterparts.Preferably experienced in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.Experience in driving new production line set up will be an added advantage.Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.MUST be comfortable working in new set up environment.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Tahap senioriti
