We are seeking a proactive and experienced Community Marketing (Senior Role) with global experience to manage and grow our online and offline Fintech communities worldwide. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Forex trading, excellent communication skills, and experience engaging users across multiple channels and forums with a strong ROI optimization mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow Forex trader communities across multiple social media channels and forums (e.g., Telegram, Discord, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, trading platforms) in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
  • Actively engage with community members globally, answering questions, providing support, and encouraging discussions.
  • Develop initiatives to increase member participation, loyalty, and retention, focusing on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Create and share relevant, timely, and engaging content for global community members, including market insights, educational posts, and product / service updates.
  • Collaborate with global teams to communicate campaigns, promotions, and updates effectively in different regions.
  • Monitor global community sentiment and provide feedback to relevant teams to improve products, services, and campaign performance.
  • Organize webinars, online meetups, competitions, and other events tailored for international audiences.
  • Represent the company at international industry events, conferences, and meetups to strengthen the global community presence.
  • Track community KPIs such as engagement, growth, user sentiment, activation, retention, and ROI across channels and regions.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to management and marketing teams to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor competitors’ global community activities and industry trends to implement best practices.
  • Address community issues promptly and professionally, escalating critical issues to relevant teams.
  • Serve as the bridge between global community members and internal teams, ensuring concerns and feedback are communicated and acted upon.

Job Requirements

  • Experience : 2–5 years in community management with global exposure, preferably in Forex, Cryptocurrency, iGaming or financial services.
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, and trader behavior across multiple regions; experience managing multiple channels and forums with a performance-driven, ROI-focused mindset.
  • Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and grow an international online community.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on performance optimization and ROI.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and community forum.
