About this role

As a Marketing & Operations Intern at Ksisters, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and business activities. You will gain hands-on experience in both the creative and operational aspects of running a rapidly growing K-beauty brand.

Requirements

• Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging content (Videos, Photos & Graphics) for Instagram, TikTok & XHS, promotional materials, and brand communications
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Track and report on key marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in organizing and executing events, roadshows, and pop-up stores to enhance brand presence.
• Oversee PR box management, including packaging and coordinating influencer outreach for brand promotions.
