向潜在客户和新客户提供介绍性信息,例如产品手册说明处理客户投诉并协助解决产品或服务相关问题通过电话、网页聊天或电子邮件与客户进行后续跟进,确认其对所购买产品或服务是否满意访问数据库以检索客户账户信息向客户推荐可能对其有益的其他产品或服务在必要时将客户的疑问和问题上报处理在每次联系后更新客户记录持续了解公司最新的产品和服务信息
Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers
Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or servicesFollowing up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they're still satisfied with their purchases or services receivedAccessing databases to retrieve account information for customersLetting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit themEscalating queries and concerns when necessaryUpdating customer records following each contactStaying up to date on the latest products and services an organization providesRequirements 岗位要求 :

Good communication skills and strong service awareness; fast typing speed.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English.Prior experience in customer service or related industries is preferred.Immediate availability is an advantage.
