Sales Development Representative

Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely, and disciplined in meeting daily KPIs. Stable internet connection and a suitable work‑from‑home environment. Base Salary : RM3,500 – RM4,500 / month Commission : Based on qualified appointments and successful deal closures. Average Total Monthly Earning Potential : RM5,000–6,000+ (based on performance) Contract Duration : 6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion to full‑time role. Be part of a regional marketing team with clients across Singapore and Malaysia. Work directly with experienced sales and marketing leaders. Gain exposure to structured B2C growth systems and learn data‑driven sales. Remote, flexible work arrangement with clear performance‑based rewards. The Role
This is a telesales‑driven inside sales position focused on qualifying and booking sales meetings for the company’s services.
You’ll thrive if you enjoy structured daily outreach, measurable targets, and building rapport quickly over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to new prospects (supported by email and WhatsApp follow‑ups).
- Qualify potential clients based on provided criteria and book appointments with decision‑makers.
- Log all outreach activities and maintain accurate records in the company CRM or lead sheet.
- Conduct light research on prospects before outreach to personalise conversations.
- Follow up on previous contacts to maintain interest and ensure appointment attendance.
