Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in production, preferably in injection moulding or automotive components. Able to speak, write and read in Mandarin is a must as need to communicate with China HQ. Knowledge of injection moulding process, machine setup, and troubleshooting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, or other lean manufacturing principles is an added advantage. Able to work in shifts and under pressure to meet deadlines. Willing to work in Banting. Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Production Supervisor to lead and manage our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Plan and coordinate daily injection moulding production activities to meet output targets.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Supervise and guide machine operators and technicians on proper handling and setup.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections on product quality and ensure non-conforming items are properly managed.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Record and report daily production output, material usage, and operational issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and moulds for continuous production.
- Train new operators and promote a culture of safety and accountability on the production floor.
