Infosys Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia As a Senior Principal – Technology Transformation Lead, you will : Lead capability development within our APAC Energy practice Develop value propositions leveraging Digital, Data, Cloud, and AI Anchor or lead delivery on 1–2 strategic Energy accounts Manage medium to large teams across geographies Create thought leadership and advise clients on technology strategy Develop market offerings and lead sales pursuits Own and deliver client proposals for consulting and transformation engagements We’re looking for a seasoned leader with : 10+ years of experience in technology transformation and consulting, ideally in Oil & Gas Proven success in business development and navigating full sales cycles Strong leadership in strategy creation and innovation delivery Expertise in emerging technologies : Digital, Mobile, IoT, Analytics, AI Ability to develop consulting IP and market offerings Experience working with offshore delivery partners Business experience in at least two areas : Upstream, Downstream Oil Seniority level :
