Application Consultant – F&B (Adaptive Pos) / Wms / Erp
JOB DESCRIPTION (Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas) :
Responsibilities
- Install, Configure, Test, Manage & Maintain Operation Systems, Application Software and System Management Tools
- Monitor & Test Application Performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solution and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain Security, Backup and Redundancy Strategies
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to client via phone, email, support portal and remote support
- Liaise with Vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Requirement study for new systems and help implementation and monitor system effectiveness
- Responsible for User Training and Feedback
- To carry out other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any fieldCandidates who have at least 1 year Warehouse Management System Environment experience or related field will be an added advantageFresh graduate who has passion to learn and share new technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.Capable of liaising with project manager, respecting deadlines and able to work independentlyCandidate must be willing to travel locally and overseasGood Analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and have collaboration mind set, creative thinking and strong attention to detailsGood written and verbal communication skills (proper phone, online conversation and email etiquette)#J-18808-Ljbffr
