Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user requests (analyze and debug). Participate in projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications. Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and coordinate with infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology. Qualifications

Senior : >

6 years of experience with Linux and shell scripting as well as SQL and production support. Knowledge of financial market operations is a plus. Academic requirements

Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in information technology engineering, or related field (e.g., project management). Technical Skills

Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux / Unix environment. Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle-oriented). Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems. Familiarity with Citrix is a plus. Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z / OS), is a plus. Experience with monitoring and incident management systems. Understanding of ITIL or similar service management best practices. Soft skills
