Role Overview
We are seeking an impact-obsessed, highly ambitious Head of Strategy to lead the development and execution of our company’s highest-priority initiatives. This role is designed for a rare individual who can leverage deep professional experience (from consultancy or corporate environments) with the agility and hunger of a startup veteran . You won\'t just advise; you will own the strategic blueprints that drive exponential growth, positioning yourself for a future Senior Leadership position within the company.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Strategy & Planning
Vision Mapping : Work directly with the CEO and Executive Team to define the 3-5 year strategic roadmap, challenging assumptions and identifying new market opportunities.
Strategic Initiatives : Lead the entire lifecycle of high-impact corporate projects, from initial scoping and financial modeling (P&L analysis) to cross-functional alignment and implementation.Scenario Planning : Conduct rigorous analysis, competitive benchmarking, and future-state modeling to guide critical resource allocation and investment decisions.Growth & Market ExpansionNew Ventures : Identify, evaluate, and develop business cases for potential new product lines, market entries, and strategic partnerships (BD / Partnership focus).
M&A Support : Provide strategic due diligence and integration planning support for potential mergers, acquisitions, or significant investments.Pricing & GTM (Go-to-Market) : Optimize our pricing structures and commercial models based on deep market insights to maximize profitability and market share.Operationalizing Strategy & ImpactOKRs & KPIs : Translate the high-level company vision into measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for all departments, ensuring accountability across the organization.
Cross-Functional Execution : Serve as the strategic quarterback, driving coordination across product, engineering, marketing, and finance teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed on time and achieve desired outcomes.Board & Investor Communication : Prepare high-quality, data-driven presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and investors, clearly articulating strategy, progress, and future outlook.Qualifications
Total Experience : 5 - 6 years of fast-paced, high-quality professional experience.Hybrid Background (Essential) :2-3 years experience in a rigorous professional services environment ( Management Consultancy, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or equivalent MNC training ).2-3 years experience driving growth or operations within a dynamic Startup, Fintech, or SME (e.g., focused on strategy, BD, or internal consulting).Education : Bachelor’s degree required. A postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA) is highly valued.Analytical Prowess : Superior quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.Role Details
