Senior Data Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer with a proven track record in designing, building, and managing complex data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data pipelines, data warehousing, and infrastructure management, especially with on-premises server environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Set up and manage places (like data warehouses) to store large amounts of data in an organized way. (preferred on premises)
• Oversee data infrastructure, including on-premises servers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Check and clean data to make sure it\'s accurate, complete, and reliable.
• Work with developers, analysts, and others to understand their data needs and provide the data they need.
• Work with tools and technologies (like cloud storage, on premises, or databases) to handle data effectively.
• Work with data scientists to set up systems for analyzing data and making predictions.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems with data systems to keep everything running smoothly.
