Mainly focusing on
recruiting
local talent to join in TCI. Collaborate closely with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals. Advise and guide management on employee relations matters, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards through regular audits and reviews. Monitor and promote employee satisfaction, and assist in improving employee retention. Provide recommendations and guidance for employee development, supporting internal training and leadership development initiatives. Continuously optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 2+ years\' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Seniority level
