Opportunity

Senior Service Operations Specialist with deep specialization in MongoDB. Join a foundational team for a major new project and play a critical role in building and shaping the operational success of a brand‑new system.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational and administrative tasks for the production MongoDB environment.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the database, including system upgrades, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Proactively monitor database performance, conduct in‑depth troubleshooting of complex issues (e.g., slow queries, performance bottlenecks), and implement optimizations.
• Develop and maintain robust backup and recovery procedures.
• Collaborate closely with application and project teams on deployments, system integrations, and upgrades.
• Serve as a key technical resource for database‑related escalations and provide expert support to ensure adherence to customer SLAs.
• Work within a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environment, performing necessary system administration tasks.
