JOB DESCRIPTION

Datacenter On-site Engineers will work within the server or network rack lifecycle process with a focus on helping buildout data centers and daily operation. This position will work to assist manufacturers or system engineers to resolve server or network device failures or provide other on-site supports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the first point of contact for manufacturers' technicians, escorting them and manage their issues.

Perform power cycles, troubleshooting, and replacing some failed components, such as AOC, PSU, hard drive.

Simple cabling work.

Physically assist in moving and installing equipment, especially final inspections.

Participate in an on-call rotation.

Receive goods to datacenter.

Assist with inventory and asset management.

Keep the security of data center.

Walk through the data center every day, keep data and report issues.

Work Conditions : Ability to adapt to a 24 / 7 shift system.

We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking superior from China / Hong Kong.
