Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, outlining the tasks, timeline and resources required for successful project completion.
• Engaging with stakeholders, external parties and team member to gather requirement, provide updates and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that the project stay within financial constraints.
• Identify potential risks and issues, creating mitigation strategies and problem-solving to keep the project on track.
• Ensuring the project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project objectives align with the organization’s goal.
• Generating regular progress reports, documenting project activities, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
• Being flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, objectives and timeline, and making necessary adjustments to accommodate these changes.
• Analysing past projects to identify areas of improvement, implementing best practices, and striving for continuous improvement in project management process.
