Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and performance in the OTC drugs / medical device in Pharmacy channel. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product positioning aligns with market needs and trends. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities. Manage product life cycles, including launches, promotions, and discontinuations. Analyze sales data to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and pharmacy partners. Coordinate with the agency team to execute impactful advertising and promotional campaigns. Prepare and present reports on product performance and marketing activities to senior management. A successful Product Manager (OTC / Pharmacy) should have : A degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field. Proven experience in product management within pharma OTC or medical device industry. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive actionable insights. Expertise in managing product life cycles and developing marketing strategies. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
