Warehouse Executive

Responsible for warehouse daily activities to ensure smoothness of warehouse operation

Responsible for inventory accuracy and lead monthly and annual inventory cycle count audit including reconciling results to ensure stock integrity

Responsible in managing inventory of raw & packaging materials and ensure stock sufficiency for production flow

Ensure safety rules – at “zero accident” level for work environment and perform warehouse house-keeping which comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Gas consumption monitoring for forklift and routine forklift maintenance check

Contact waste management company for garbage collection.

Issue Purchase Requisition on non-material items in system if any

Observe and practice cost savings on warehouse activities

Tabulate physical stock take quantity and tally up with system quantity and highlight stock discrepancy issue to management if any

Unstuffed and stuffed cargoes for inbound and outbound activities

Perform physical disposition (Finished goods, raw materials or packaging materials) with the warehouse team

Daily update of inventory movement in system based on related documents

Verify and updated incoming materials or stock into system in accordance with quantity, expiry date & batch number

Back-up for warehouse assistant if necessary

Perform ad-hoc assignment upon request by the superior

Requirements

At least SPM / STPM / Diploma

Min 5 years of working experience in store and inventory management

Knowledge in SAP system, Ms Excel, Ms Word

Prepared to work independently, under pressure & possess a high sense of responsibility and possess good interpersonal skills

A good team player

Must possess valid Forklift license
