Key Duties :

Make outbound calls to introduce and promote insurance products to potential customers.

Provide clear product explanations and address customer enquiries confidently.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant plans.

Full training provided and no prior insurance experience needed.

Role Requirements :

Able to speak and write in both English and Malay.

Candidates must be willing to work at the Ara Damansara location and possess their own mode of transportation.

Confident, persuasive, and comfortable communicating over the phone.

Fresh graduates or those with customer service / sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Immediate starters will be prioritized.
