Restaurant Supervisor / Service Crew (Chinese Speaking)
Locations : Kajang, PJ, Pandan Indah, SS14, Bukit Jalil, more
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations : help run the restaurant smoothly each day, ensure food looks and tastes great, keep everything clean and safe, open / close the store as needed.
- Team Support : help train and guide staff, lead by example, report staff issues to the manager.
- Customer Service : handle complaints politely, check service quality in the dining area, ensure customers leave happy.
- Stock & Cash : monitor stock levels and help with orders, perform stock counts and reduce waste, handle cash and daily deposits properly.
- Admin Tasks : keep basic daily records, follow and support company rules and goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma / degree in hospitality or management preferred.2+ years’ experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Proficient in speaking Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese‑speaking clients and partners.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of POS systems, basic inventory, and cash handling.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Part‑timers are welcome to apply.Benefits
