Growth Marketing Specialist (AI-enabled)
This role is a Growth Marketing Specialist (AI-enabled) at Digify, a cloud-based document security and data room software. This is an individual contributor role focused on growth marketing with a product marketing mindset. You will own programs that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion, and you will use AI tools to speed research, content, analysis, and experimentation. The role can be remote or based in our Singapore office.
What You\'ll Do
- Deeply understand the Digify product, its users, competitors, and market dynamics
- Build and execute the growth strategy across the funnel, from awareness to expansion, in a B2B SaaS context
- Pair growth tactics with product marketing fundamentals. Define ICPs, refine positioning and messaging, and translate insights into campaigns and assets
- Plan, run, and optimize multi-channel programs across website / SEO, paid search and social, email and lifecycle, content and webinars, partnerships, and referral loops
- Engage customers and prospects where they spend time online (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Slack communities, industry forums); listen, test narratives, promote Digify in-channel, and feed insights back into messaging, campaigns, and product
- Set up clear test plans with hypotheses, A / B tests, measurement, and scaling of successful ideas
- Use AI to accelerate work : research competitors and customers, generate and refine content, summarize qualitative data, and analyze results with AI tools
- Identify and develop marketing partnerships; build co-marketing campaigns, referral loops, and distribution opportunities
- Partner with Sales on outbound and pipeline acceleration; build and optimize sequences, content, and routing
- Partner with Customer Success on customer marketing : drive reviews, referrals, case studies, advocacy, and expansion plays
- Own core metrics and reporting : track conversion rates, CAC and payback, MQL to SQL to pipeline, activation, retention, and expansion
Requirements / What We\'re Looking For
Individual contributor with 3-7 years in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of delivering measurable growthHands-on experience running experiments and campaigns across multiple channelsProduct marketing bias with comfort in customer research, positioning, messaging, and enablementExperience with community engagement and social listening, or willingness to learnExperience exploring and executing marketing partnerships or ability to test new growth channelsStrong understanding and experience using AI capabilities for marketing lead generation and revenue growthAbility to plan and implement AI strategies and track KPIs to optimize resultsAnalytical approach with proficiency in marketing analytics and dashboardsNear-native or native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)Willingness to travel to Singapore occasionally if working remotelyNote : We don\'t expect you to be an expert in every area from day one.
