Overview

Dexian Asia Pacific is hiring for roles in APAC with focus on semiconductor, oil and gas, and textile industries. This description covers responsibilities and qualifications for an Electrical / Engineering adjacent position based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Responsibilities

  • Work with development team on testing new feature for the product.
  • Execute sanity and regression tests.
  • Meet project deliverables and timeline requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Setup, collect, and record data for CP / KPI.
  • Programming of mobile and portable radios.
  • Organize, prepare, pack and ship radios.
  • Issue duplication including setup, configuration, reproduction, and log capturing.
  • Department inventory tracking & procurement, housekeeping.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Preferably 1 - 3 years of working experience in a software development team.
  • Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in communication devices or consumer products is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate well (verbally & in written form) across different functional teams.
  • Flexible to accommodate short notice work arrangements due to project / business needs.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
