Manager, Facilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage all maintenance, repair, and installation activities for machinery and facilities.

Oversee the maintenance & facilities, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.

Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring safety standards are followed.

Plan schedules, monitor progress, and control maintenance budgets.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Ensure machinery equipment and parts stock is managed and replenished as needed.

What We're Looking For

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

At least 10 years' experience in manufacturing, with 5 years in a managerial maintenance role.

Strong knowledge of electrical, machinery, preventive maintenance.

Experience in lean manufacturing practices is an added advantage.

Experience in managing teams and working in a fast-paced environment.

Good problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with safety regulations.
