Plan and execute procurement activities for local and intergroup companies from the office furniture industry.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and factories to ensure quality, costeffectiveness, and timely delivery.

Arrange and coordinate manpower for furniture delivery and installation at client sites.

Liaise with project, sales, and warehouse teams to align delivery timelines with project requirements.

To maintain internal documentation control in accordance with company standards, and resolve any delivery or quality issues.

Monitor inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels for upcoming projects.

Maintain proper procurement and logistics records, including supplier quotations, POs, and shipping documents.

Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies.
