1. Creative Design & Development

  • Conceptualize and design multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, digital ads, presentations, and web elements.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent across different platforms (print, digital, social media, website).
  • Develop creative concepts from initial idea to final execution.

2. Multimedia Production

  • Lead video editing, motion graphics, and animation projects.
  • Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring quality production.
  • Optimize multimedia files for web and social media use.

    • 3. Brand & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create impactful promotional and campaign materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Provide design solutions that enhance customer engagement and user experience.

    • 4. Project Management & Leadership

  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Supervise and guide junior designers or interns, providing feedback and mentorship.
  • Liaise with external vendors, printers, and production houses when required.

    • 5. Innovation & Trends

  • Keep up-to-date with latest design trends, digital tools, and multimedia technologies.
  • Recommend and implement creative improvements to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Explore new platforms and formats to elevate brand visibility.

    • Requirement Highlights

  • Degree / Diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years' experience in multimedia / graphic design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
  • Good understanding of UI / UX design principles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with leadership ability.

    Pay : RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
