Organization Overview

The Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) division, under the Corporate Planning Department , plays a key role in supporting management and business operations through data-driven decision‑making.

The BPR team’s mission is to streamline workflows and develop systems and tools that deliver timely, accurate information, enhancing efficiency and enabling smoother business operations.

This role requires a strategic leader to design, build, and continuously improve backend systems that support multiple departments, driving operational excellence and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the BPR team in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing backend systems and operational tools.
  • Evaluate and analyze existing business processes across departments to identify opportunities for improvement or reengineering.
  • Develop scalable, efficient, and user‑friendly system workflows aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to understand operational challenges and design tailored solutions that enhance productivity and data accuracy.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve business systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business process management, systems management, or process reengineering, with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, sales, budgeting, and expense management systems.
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, database development, coding, testing, and optimization.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions through collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring engineers and project managers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Mandarin proficiency required as most of the stakeholders are from Mandarin‑speaking regions.
  • Japanese would be an added advantage.
