Organization Overview
The Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) division, under the Corporate Planning Department , plays a key role in supporting management and business operations through data-driven decision‑making.
The BPR team’s mission is to streamline workflows and develop systems and tools that deliver timely, accurate information, enhancing efficiency and enabling smoother business operations.
This role requires a strategic leader to design, build, and continuously improve backend systems that support multiple departments, driving operational excellence and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the BPR team in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing backend systems and operational tools.
- Evaluate and analyze existing business processes across departments to identify opportunities for improvement or reengineering.
- Develop scalable, efficient, and user‑friendly system workflows aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with business units to understand operational challenges and design tailored solutions that enhance productivity and data accuracy.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve business systems and processes.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in business process management, systems management, or process reengineering, with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of finance, accounting, sales, budgeting, and expense management systems.Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, database development, coding, testing, and optimization.Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions through collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring engineers and project managers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Mandarin proficiency required as most of the stakeholders are from Mandarin‑speaking regions.Japanese would be an added advantage.Seniority level
