Roles and responsibilities
- Prepare checklists, work schedules and reports
- Maintain systematic records of work done
- Ensure that the electrical-mechanical systems are operating as designed
- Assisting in supervising contractor personnel in servicing programs, such as lift servicing, aircon servicing and electrical inspections
- Constant inspection to ensure fans, faucet, water closets, bidet, water leakage, Air-conditioners, lightings are in working condition
- Ensures all utility and equipment function rooms, such as AV, MSBs, gen-set, risers, and amongst others to be secured and always locked. No other personnel are to be allowed access unless granted permission by Head of Department.
- Keeps electrical-mechanical equipment in cleaning of dirt, dust, rust and other contaminants and performs minor repair and replacement.
- Proactively report on any incidents or observations when the safety use of equipment is in doubt and / or requiring immediate repair;
- Setting up of event spaces such as moving furniture and equipment.

Certificate / Diploma electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or equivalentyears working experience in facilities maintenance.. Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, firefighting system..
